Robotic delivery services have been around for nearly a decade, but the pandemic has pushed demand for contactless delivery to new heights. Companies like Kiwi, Coco Delivery, and DoorDash (Serve Robotics) have been deploying delivery robots faster than ever, mainly in urban settings and college towns where population density, and by extension food delivery demand, is quite high.
